Our History
Eileen Bousfield is the founder and owner of Entrusted LNC. She graduated from Radford University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She has over 16 years of experience as a registered nurse. Her clinical background includes, but is not limited to:
- Progressive Coronary Care/Cardiac Stepdown
- Emergency
- Telemetry
- Outpatient/Ambulatory
- General Cardiology
- Vascular Surgery
- Renal/Pulmonary
- Community Health
- Immunization
- Adult Intermediate/Step Down Care
She currently holds the title of Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS). This certification recognizes that these individuals have a diverse set of medical record review skills, clinical knowledge, and knowledge of documentation, coding, and reimbursement rules and regulations.
She is currently a member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants and the Association of Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialists.
